Dear David:

During the past week since Jennifer's wedding, we have not only been reliving what is surely a highlight of a lifetime for any parent, but also trying to come up with the words to thank you for all you have done for us.

Although we had some experience having made two Bar-Mitzvah parties, the people we worked with at that time were quite familiar as we had attended other functions at their catering facility prior to ours. When one has to work with an unknown, you are always more nervous especially when you are from out of town and have to do some of the arrangements from a distance. Even though we continued to be apprehensive up until the ceremony, the evening of food tasting which was quite enjoyable, helped considerably and your coordination the night of the wedding made everything go off without a hitch.

The food was great not only in quality but also in quantity, the service was terrific, the help with assorted details was above and beyond the call and the attitude and ability of your staff was so wonderfully helpful and efficient. The comments from our guests would do your heart good. For all of the above we will be eternally greatful.
